"The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth" - John 1: 14.
"My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand" - John 10: 29.
He - God's gift to us,
wrapped in crimson pain,
in tears and sweat
and glory
"The only Begotton - full of grace
and truth."
We - God's gift to Jesus,
wrapped in scarlet sin,
in doubt and fear
and wonder.
Chosen children, bought by love
and grace!
